Delivery timeframes

Our estimated shipping timeframe is 3–6 business days from dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Remote locations, public holidays, severe weather and carrier delays can affect delivery times. Order processing happens before the delivery window begins.

How shipping is calculated

Shipping charges are calculated using your delivery postcode at checkout. Enter your full delivery address to see the applicable postage charge before paying.

Postage can depend on your destination and the weight and size of your parcel. A postcode check on a product page gives our general delivery estimate, not a live Australia Post price.

Free shipping over $79.95

Australian orders with a product subtotal over $79.95 qualify for free shipping. Orders at or below this amount have postage calculated by postcode at checkout.

Your delivery address

Please check your postcode, street address and delivery details before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us promptly using the contact details provided with your order so we can check whether it can be corrected before dispatch.

Late, missing or damaged deliveries

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated window, check any tracking information supplied with your order and contact us with your order number. If an item arrives damaged, keep the packaging and take photos where possible so we can help assess the issue.
